Training Options

A Website is only as good as its webmaster, right? Our entire process is devoted to making it easy for you to build, maintain, and grow a successful site. Training is a central part of that. Here are a variety of options available to new clients, old clients, and people who just need a refresher.

SiteOrganic Bootcamp

Every two weeks, our training team conducts a FREE, 2-hour session covering all the basic skills required to get started with SiteOrganic. Attendance is limited. Signup is first-come, first-served; be sure to contact our SiteOrganic Care Team to reserve a slot. We use a live web-conferencing system, so you'll be attending our virtual training along with other clients. Here's a summary of what we'll cover:

• Logging into the SiteOrganic Admin Console
• File Manager
• Page Editor
• Calendar
• Media Program Management
• Example content rotators (home images, marquee, etc.)
• Administrator Tips

During Bootcamp, you can also ask questions in our live chat forum. One of our senior team members will be online with you to answer questions throughout the session. Please remember that since SiteOrganic Bootcamp is open to multiple clients, our trainers are not able to answer in-depth questions about any one Website. If you need more personalized training, then consider one of the below options instead.

SiteOrganic Basic Training

Our Basic Training sessions are designed to give you a full rundown of the skills needed to manage your specific Website. The agenda is similar to that of the SiteOrganic Bootcamp (above), but we'll tailor it to cover only the features and unique design traits of your site. The Basic Training session lasts about 3 hours. Custom Design clients receive one free session; repeat sessions are available for Custom or Express clients for a fee. Advanced Training Options

While our Online Help Center provides a wealth of on-demand learning content, we also offer a wide range of live training experiences for any client. Topics, prices, and duration vary by session.
